Neill has called the Richmond area home since 2000, but he is originally from the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Growing up on “The Shore”, Neill learned that in a small community, your reputation is everything. In a place where everyone knows your name, you are only as good as your word and trust is earned by treating others with respect, honesty, and integrity. Neill brings these values to his practice, striving to build a reputation as a diligent, fair, and honest attorney who addresses his client’s unique needs with the care, compassion, and competence they deserve. That is why Neill’s clients not only come back time and again for various legal needs but also continually recommend him to their family and friends.

Neill is an approachable, experienced attorney who represents clients in estate planning, family law, real estate, and general litigation matters.

He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all Virginia courts.

Outside of his practice, Neill cherishes time with his family, whether it’s hiking, going to JMU football games (Go Dukes!), or simply enjoying each other’s company. He also enjoys various hobbies and is passionate about camping and exploring the outdoors.
